Per application (timeline varies)

What it is: Full-cycle support, including identifying aligned opportunities, developing strategy, writing strong proposals, building budgets and metrics, and submitting on time.

Best for: Municipalities and Indigenous partners facing tight funding deadlines or short-staffed teams who need focused, reliable help to get strong applications out the door.

Strategic engagement

4–12 weeks (project-based)

What it is: Hands-on support for scoping and delivering key initiatives—economic development projects, feasibility studies, partnership strategies, or implementation plans.

Ongoing advisory

Monthly (minimum 3 months)
